I have been a committed ornithologist for 25 years and contribute to ornithology at a local level through membership of recording committees, and also at a national and international level by publication of research findings in ornithological journals. I have been employed within ecology for 11 years at E3 Ecology Ltd., undertaking work at proposed onshore wind farms, housing sites and others. I am looking for ecology work from March 2019 onwards. I have excellent field ornithological skills and I gained a bird ringing C-permit in 2015. I am an enthusiastic advocate of digital technologies for data recording, particularly QGIS and R, for GIS and data analysis.
