I am seeking more opportunities as a seasonal ecologist for the upcoming season. I have an MSc in Environmental Conservation and 3 years of experience working as a seasonal ecologist, I have a dormouse license and a CSCS card for professionals.
I have 3 years of experience working as a seasonal ecologist, mostly working on protected species surveys and mitigation. I have worked on large scale infrastructure projects such as highways expansion projects, as well as smaller scale projects on residential and housing developments. I have worked on many bat surveys, reptile, GCN and dormouse surveys. I have a dormouse license from 4 years of voluntary experience assisting with dormouse surveys and focusing my dissertation on dormouse survey methodology. I have completed various health of safety training, including working near water systems, UKATA Asbestos Awareness training, and I have a professionals CSCS card (white card). I also have other experiences in an office environment constructing reports and analyzing data, and ECoW work carrying out vegetation clearance using a brush cutter and as a watching brief on destructive searches.
