Summary

I am currently a Deputy Team leader at Twycross Zoo and assist with the management of a team of 12 and manage numerous species of animal including large mammal species.

Looking for a full time job in countryside management or conservation.

Outline

I have experience working around many species of animals and heavily involved in their management from diets, breeding and transportation internally or externally. I cover the animal manager duties on a regular basis which means I am responsible for the animal department and it's day to day running.

Enclosure management is also a big part of my current job, this includes alot maintenance work and horticulture work. 

I assist with the management of a medium sized team which includes doing performance management, risk assessments and disciplinary procedures.

I have always worked outside and a very practical person, I am a quick learner and adapt to new situations/environments very quickly.

I have tractor driving/ small handler experience, currently In the process of getting my gun licence.
