I am an experienced Field Ecologist with a  BSc in Applied Ecology, and CIEEM membership, specialising in all aspects of Ecology, Environmental Science, Environmental Law, and Practical Conservation.


I offer Ecological Services in;  UK Protected Species Surveys and Translocation/Exclusions, Mitigation Planning and Implementation , Preliminary Ecological Assessment Surveys on Development Sites,  Ecological Clerk of Works on Operational Sites, Botany (Phase 1 Habitat Surveys,NVC, and Monitoring, I currently have a BSBI FISC level 3 certificate), Herpetology (I hold a Natural England survey licence for Great Crested Newts), Bat Survey Assistance and Preliminary Bat Habitat Assessment, Environmental Law, and Planning Consultation/Advice regarding Best Practice.  


I  am experienced in Research and Project Planning, Report Writing, GIS (QGIS and ESRI platforms), and Survey Team Leadership (Planning and Implementation).


I am a Field Studies Council Biodiversity Fellow studying a wide range of taxa. .


I am a physically active person who enjoys working outdoors, thriving on projects to maximise the protection of biodiversity.  I have my own van, which is insured for business purposes, allowing me to transport equipment anywhere in the UK discreetly and securely.  I have had a clean UK driving licence for 30 years,  I am an excellent and safe driver, able to drive in all conditions and terrain.
