Summary

I am degree educated with experience in many roles in an office and out of doors which I prefer. I enjoy a challenge working with people though I am more than able to work alone with a computer if necessary. I live in Scotland near Perth.

Outline

I presently work in garden maintenance for a mixed clientele including Historic Scotland. I am trying to find a way into becoming a Ranger or similar.

I have been a project and program manager mostly in developing and warn torn countries which has afforded me a very wide skill set.

I am comfortable in dealing with groups of people from all back grounds. I am very practical with a variety of tools and equipment with experience as an engineer and an office manager.

Being a more mature person I have an older style driving licence with the experience and benefits that brings regarding trailers and the like.

My principal skill is having a can do attitude, a flair for design and problem solving supported by a diverse education including an MSc. In Environmental Engineering. I am looking for down to earth position which will lead to a permanent career or at least get my foot in the door. As I am a householder I am not in a position to offer my services as a volunteer to achieve that goal.

Lastly, I am nature orientated and wish to enhance and protect the environment rather than profit from the natural environment and the species it supports. All enquiries would be most welcome. Thank you.
