Administration:


Maintaining compliance of all statutory requirements of all the establishments of the Branch/ Warehouse & Stores
Engagement of legal counsels, liaison, coordination & tracking schedule of legal cases & ensuring the proper, accurate & speedy flow of information for legal cases with due concurrence from Corporate IR department.
Ensuring good & cordial relationship with Trade unions & employees
Liaising with statutory bodies, Government agencies & regulatory
Infrastructure management to include agreements, Contract renewals, asset upkeep & maintenance
Facilities management, guest room management, transport service management, travel desk,.
Monitoring of overall administrative expenses compared to Budget Allocation
Focusing on the safe environment within the branches and encouraging safety-awareness programs at the Branch.
Upkeep & maintenance of various records for analysis & decision making
Procurement of stationery, Housekeeping and other materials for office management.
















Human Resources:


Support to HO team for Recruitment operations (Testing , Documentation , Interview

 Co-ordination)

Handling Internal and External selection processes of employees
Time and attendance management
