I have worked in farming and conservation for the last 25 years. I had my own herd of rare breed cattle, sheep & pigs on a Wood Pasture Restoration Project & was running my own farming & Environmental Consultancy business.

I am currently a Deputy Team leader at Twycross Zoo and assist with the management of a team of 12 and manage numerous species of animal including large mammal species.

Looking for a full time job in countryside management or conservation.

My name is Sandra, and I’m a marine biologist and a veterinary technical assistant.

I graduated from The University of The West Of Scotland with a First Class (Hons) Degree in Applied Bioscience and Zoology.

I am now seeking a career to a role where I can learn a new skill and take on an exciting new challenge. 

I’m looking for work in a rural environment as I feel comfortable outside and surrounded by nature. There is no conscious reason for this, other than the desire to be in touch with nature and have the privilege to work in Wales’ beautiful landscape.

A keen ecologist with two seasons of experience, actively working towards hazel dormouse, great crested newt, and bat level one licenses.

I have a great passion for the environment and the flora and fauna within it. I am involved with several conservation and environmental groups and I am greatly anticipating continuing to learn and develop my skills in the outdoor environment.
