Four seasons professional botanical work taking a lead role within a company. Undertaking of full botanical survey in optimal seasonal conditions on sites where calcareous, acidic, neutral, marshy/wet grassland, heath, mire and woodland habitats require assessment.
Level 1 bat survey licence holder with Natural England.
Tree climbing and aerial rescue qualified (City and Guilds NPTC Level 2 Award) with recent tree climbing and potential bat roost feature and bat box inspection including endoscope use.
Natural England and Scottish National Heritage level 1 great crested newt survey licence holder.
Experienced in surveys for water vole, otter, butterfly, invertebrates, reptile, badger and red squirrels.
Reporting to meet requirements of pre-application and planning application deadlines.
Experience of undertaking Ecological Clerk of Works.
Good knowledge of CIEEMs competency framework and currently applying for associate level membership.
