Summary

I have a qualification in Countryside Management at grade distinction and currently work on the Public Rights of Way in West Sussex.  I am looking to further my career and skills and I am looking to get a job in conservation or forestry.

Outline

I have completed a course in Countryside Management at Plumpton College.  During this course I have learned about habitat management, conservation grazing, machinery operations, wildlife surveys and much more.  While doing my course for 2 years I volunteered for Buchan Park and Gatwick Green Space as a youth ranger.  After college  managed to get a job on the Rights of Way in West Sussex.  This job includes replacing old and rotten wooden signs, repairing steps and styles, placing in footpath bridges and larger bridleway bridges and finally clearing paths using strimmers, hedge trimmers and chainsaws.
