Experienced digital project manager with extensive experience in managing stakeholders and communicating effectively at all levels.
Aiming to bring corporate and business skills to countryside sector and small business.
15+ years’ experience in product development functions, with repeated success in managing full lifecycle of digital media projects within the IT eLearning and publishing industries.
Recognised mentor and adviser with expertise in communicating across organisational and knowledge levels and with global cross-functional teams to drive shared vision and foster culture of excellence.
My working career has largely been spent in working with corporate ventures which has given insight into the needs and drivers of commercial business, how the people work within large organisation and the personality required to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Something that I’ve more recently adapted to small business to help them develop and grow.
I have also worked with local ecology companies as a field assistant to gain an understanding of the role that ecologists can play in safe-guarding environmental sensitivities, particularly in the face of development projects and gained an appreciation of the statutory and non-statutory regulations that govern our environment.
My aim is to bring skills to countryside and environmental sectors that might not readily be available within teams.
