I have a qualification in Countryside Management at grade distinction and currently work on the Public Rights of Way in West Sussex.  I am looking to further my career and skills and I am looking to get a job in conservation or forestry.

I currently own a small garden and grounds maintenance business based in Nottinghamshire which is now in it's fourth year of trading. I have been a committed ornithologist for 25 years and contribute to ornithology at a national and international level through publications in journals. I have worked at E3 Ecology for 11 years and Senior Field Ornithologist since 2011.

My career goal is to serve as steward of the natural world while building a career which inspires community empowerment, sustainability, and healthy food systems.

A hard working and worldly individual with experience in environmental management and monitoring in England and Canada.  Confident to take any any new challenge, particularly in monitoring or leading volunteers or small groups. 

Since 2010 I have been heavily involved with environmental conservation, especially habitat monitoring and management.

 I evolved a strategy to develop myself through working part-time for a range of relevant voluntary bodies in order both to deepen my knowledge and to maintain and enhance my technical skills and, at the same time to take an Open University degree (starting 2009) and obtaining a BSc (Hons) Natural Science (Environmental Science) in 2016. Through this degree, I was able to develop skills in technical report writing and data collection and analysis.

 I wish to develop a career in the environmental sector, especially in the areas of laboratory work and data analysis.

I have a great passion for the environment and the flora and fauna within it. I am involved with several conservation and environmental groups and I am greatly anticipating continuing to learn and develop my skills in the outdoor environment.

A BSc (Hons) Wildlife and Countryside Management degree graduate and committed environmentalist with an eagerness to learn and develop a career related to my passion of nature conservation, within the ecological and environmental sectors.


    As an experienced project manager  I offer a wide range of skills including project design, implementation and finance skills as well as excellent grant management, administration and purchasing experience.

    I recently relocated to the North Dorset/South Somerset area and am looking to transfer my operational skills and competencies into an administrative or project coordination role within the environmental or conservation sector.

    I currently work as a Park Warden for the Henley on Thames town councils Parks department and have done for the last 9 years. I am passionate, work to a high standard and understand the importance of progression in all aspects of amenity horticulture
